DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

At least three years’ experience leading multiple branches or sites. Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, Excel, and reporting skills are essential. A valid driver’s licence is required, and regular travel forms part of the role.

ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

As our Operations Manager, you will lead and support multiple practices to ensure operational excellence across our network. You’ll work closely with branch teams to improve performance, coach and develop staff, monitor operational KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and the patient experience. This role also involves implementing new initiatives, maintaining consistent standards across practices, and travelling regularly to provide hands-on operational support.

We’re looking for someone with at least three years’ experience leading operations across multiple branches or sites who enjoys coaching people, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll be confident using Excel and operational reporting to turn data into practical action and have experience in a healthcare, retail, hospitality, or another service-driven environment. A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel regularly are essential, while a qualification in Business, Operations, or Healthcare Management will be advantageous. This position is based in Queenswood, Pretoria, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 to 16:30 on Fridays.
